Benefit Statement

The SHE Mark cares about how our business impacts the world - that is why we chose to register as a benefit corporation in the State of New York. A benefit corporation is a new type of entity that "commits to creating public benefit and sustainable value in addition to generating profit." As a benefit corporation, we are required to share a bi-annual statement regarding our impact measured against a third party standard (we chose B Corp's B Impact Assessment).

 

In line with our company value of integrity, we pledge to be transparent with you about our operations and their impact by sharing our annual benefit statement publicly on our website, each year.
